Fabulous food - everything was delicious, ample portions and fast/hot delivery. Saved to my favorites already.

Terrible, I rarely complain and never just throw food out but this was disgusting. Stay far away.

General Tso's chicken was good. Warning: chow mein does not include noodles.

Some of the worst dumplings you will ever eat. The skin is super thick and you can't taste the ingredients. Delivery is slow. Go to any other chinese delivery place and you can get the same crummy dumplings.

Dumplings insanely good, other food not so much.

Dumplings are very good. Not sure about the other stuff, but ingredients have been fresh so far.

their chicken corn egg drop soup was....sour?! I ended up throwing that away. The dumplings have really thick skin and are rather dry.

My favorite dumplings in the area in the best cold sesame noodles in the city!

Delivery took over an hour. Food was cold when it got there (so much so that the fat at the bottom of the container had resolidified -- eew). The "mixed" dumplings were not 2 of each kind but 5 pork and 3 vegetable. And the fried rice was tasteless. I gave it to my dog.

Do not waste your time or money. Food was mediocre and they sent the wrong dish, and forget our sides. When we called, I was brushed off and told that someone would call me back. 20 minutes later I had to call back to speak with the manager who told me he did not have time to deal with it because he was too busy. I had to call seamless web directly to receive a refund.

The food was almost average; tasty but soggy Vietnamese rolls, good wonton soup but a big wad of bone in one of the wontons. The delivery, however, did not go seamlessly as the deliveryman kept trying to get me to pay cash for the order I'd already paid for through SeamlessWeb, even pulling out his phone to make me discuss the payment with his boss (who agreed it was paid already). After I told the deliveryman it was paid in full for the fourth time, he then asked for the tip in cash (also already paid). Not good.

This is the worst chinese food I've ever had! I've ordered from them before and it was good, but this time the food was undercooked and gross. I almost called them to tell them to come and take it back, but instead I ate it and now I'm sick. Im never ordering from this place again and neither should you.

BEST veggie dumplings I've found above Houston yet - they're huge and incredibly tasty. Plus you cannot beat the 5.50 lunch special!

It's a shame the food from this place is so good and cheap. The service, on the other hand, was horrible. I waited an hour (for noodle soup and dumplings!), before calling the restaurant twice only to reach someone who spoke no english and couldn't tell me a thing about my order. Then when the delivery man finally came he refused to bring the food upstairs and yelled at me to come down to meet him at the front door. The food was still hot somehow and delicious - but next time i'll just pick up from the restaurant instead of waiting for delivery.

I prefer Dumpling Man, but they don't deliver for lunch so when the dumpling urge comes along midday, I opt for Plump Dumpling.

Probably the worst experience we've had at Plump Dumpling. First the food was over 40 minutes late, so we called to see how it was coming. The woman on the phone said the delivery guy was already on his way and it STILL took almost a half hour after that (an hour and ten minutes total from when we called). Our place is 9 blocks away. When the food came, the delivery guy was very rude and in a hurry, but that could have accounted for how long it took him to deliver (maybe multiple deliveries). Then when the food came, my dumplings were cold. Now I'm no stranger to chicken wings with a few stray feathers in them, but each of the 4 wings had at least 10 visible feathers sticking out of them. It was disgusting. Then to top it all off, my girlfriend's dumpling soup had a 6-inch long black hair cooked into one of the dumplings. Too many problems to just be coincidence. Don't eat here.

straight out of HK/singapore. love the open kitchen. noodle soups can cure a cold especially with their chili oil... best dumplings but the dinner combos are also good

Mediocre at best.

DELICIOUS dumplings and great noodle soups. It's really authentic Chinese food, actually really healthy, and not full of sugar and red sauce. I love it.

One star only because the hot and sour soup is good. Everything else is bland. Ma po tofu was tofu only. Shrimp with black beans sauce had no black beans at all. Chicken with vegetables was boring. They ignored notes about a food allergy.

Food was good, but a little cold. Also, they forgot my scallion pancakes.

This place wasn't good at all. I ordered the simplest of things- the wonton soup had two tiny wontons in it- no scallions, no greens. The fried rice was BURNT (has never happened to me before) and had maybe 1/30th of a can of veg-all in it and that's it. The sesame chicken was soggy and MUCH more breading than it was chicken- and frankly what was actually chicken should be considered more like chicken scraps. the sauce had so much cornstarch it was like jell-o. On top of that they call themselves the plump dumpling but offer no lunch specials that include dumplings...pretty silly.
